SipLogic legal
These terms apply when you access or use SipLogic.

SipLogic helps you create juice and smoothie recipes from the ingredients and preferences you provide. You may use the app as a guest or create an optional account with Apple or Google. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for activity associated with your account.
Recipes, nutrition estimates, benefits, and wellness suggestions are for general informational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified healthcare professional. Check ingredients for allergies, medication interactions, dietary restrictions, food safety, and suitability for your individual needs.
SipLogic Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play. Pricing and the billing period are shown before purchase. Unless canceled through your store account at least 24 hours before renewal, your subscription may renew automatically. Restoring purchases can reconnect an eligible store purchase. Deleting a SipLogic account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
Do not misuse SipLogic, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use it to violate law or another person's rights, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
You retain rights to information you submit. You grant us permission to process that information only as needed to operate SipLogic. Generated recipes may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to recipes generated for others. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued.
You can delete your account from the You screen or follow our account-deletion instructions. Deletion removes your SipLogic account and associated synchronized data, subject to records that service providers or law require to be retained. Local app data is also cleared when deletion is completed in the app. Store purchase history and active subscriptions are managed separately by Apple or Google.
SipLogic is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Hillstone Ventures disclaims warranties not expressly stated here and is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on recipe, nutrition, or wellness information where such limitations are permitted.
We may update these terms as SipLogic changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them. Questions can be sent to support@hillstone-ventures.com.
