Who we are
SipLogic is provided by Hillstone Ventures LLC. This policy explains what information SipLogic processes, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
You can use SipLogic as a guest. If you create an account with Apple or Google, we receive an account identifier and any name or email address that provider makes available. We also process the pantry ingredients, preferences, saved recipes, and recipe requests you choose to enter.
How information is used
We use this information to create recipes, save and sync your pantry and saved recipes, restore your account, enforce generation limits, provide subscriptions, improve reliability, and respond to support or deletion requests. We do not sell your personal information.
Services that process information
Supabase provides authentication, database storage, synchronization, and server functions. Microsoft Foundry processes recipe requests. USDA FoodData Central supplies nutrition data. RevenueCat validates purchases and subscription access. Apple and Google process sign-in and store information when you choose their services.
Storage and retention
Account information and synchronized pantry and saved-recipe data are retained while your account is active. Recipes created while using SipLogic as a guest may remain only on that device. Purchase records may also be retained by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat for transaction, fraud-prevention, tax, and legal purposes. We retain limited records only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.
Your choices
You may use SipLogic as a guest, decline optional account creation, and manage subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play. You can delete your SipLogic account and associated synchronized data from the You screen or follow our account-deletion instructions. Deleting your SipLogic account does not cancel an active store subscription.
Children
SipLogic is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security and changes
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as SipLogic changes and will revise the effective date when we do.
